Job Description
The RSM is responsible for all sales and marketing activities in assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. This role involves making sales/marketing strategies, developing/managing customer relationships, managing/supporting the reps. and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy: Make sales/marketing strategies according to different competitive situation to achieve revenue and improve market share.
2. Product Promotion: Implement effective sales strategies to promote and design in DLCP product, including making presentation, demonstrating product features, preparing proposals, answering customers’ questions etc.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Sales/marketing Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, marketing information, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in sales or marketing position in electronics components industry and RF/Microwave background preferred.
2. Education/working experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Communication Engineering or other relevant engineering fields with 5+ years working experience. Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
3. Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
4. Responsible for and permanently based in: North America.
